I was severely burned almost over my entire left leg when a fire started in my apartment. We believe an appliance in the apartment was improperly repaired. Also, there was no fire extinguisher in my apartment. In January 2009 I was involved in a traffic accident where the driver of another vehicle ran a stop sign and hit my vehicle in the driver's side door. All of the air bags deployed with the side curtain air bag striking me in the head. There was immediate ringing in my ears and significnat permanent hearing loss. The damage to my hearing required treatment by an ENT doctor and resulted in my having to wear hearing aids.

The at-fault driver's insurance company refused to recognize the seriousness of my injury and to adequately compensate me for the losses I incurred as a result of this accident.

I engaged Tony to represent me in the matter. I found him to be professional, aggressive, available and well suited for this action. My suit was settled before trial for an amount I felt was adequate compensation for the injuries I sustained.
