Truck Accident Victim Advocate Encourages You to Tune In for NTSB Forum
Posted on May 10, 2011
Today and tommorrow the NTSB will convene a public forum to discuss ways to make our roads and highways safer from dangerous trucking and bus companies.
The last time hearings of this type took place was 1999. The impetus for those hearings? A horrific bus accident in New Orleans that killed 22 people. Unfortunately, it has taken a series of other tragedies to spur the NTSB to hold hearings. This time, at least 11 people have been killed and others injured when a fatigued bus driver crashed in New York.
Please tune into the forum on the NTSB website to see what is really going on with the government and industry. To get more information check out the trucking section of our website and download our free book on the trucking industry. Of course, we always encourage you to just call the Firm at 877-307-9500 to speak with one of our Board Certified Trial Attorneys, Chad Points or Tony Denena.
