Three Killed, Four Others Injured in Catastrophic Texas Accident
Posted on Jul 18, 2011
A horrific crash may have a silver lining. After two people died in a crash over the weekend, the conditions of three young kids who lost their parents are improving.
The accident happened Saturday when a van hauling the Berry family, driving on US 285 near Fort Stockton, TX, collided with a car driven by 31-year-old Michael Doyle.
41-year-old Joshua Berry and 40-year-old Robin Berry were killed in the wreck. So was 28-yar-old Colleen Doyle, a passenger in the other car involved in the crash.
8-year-old Aaron Berry, 9-year-old Peter Berry and 6-year-old Willa Berry were all injured in the accident. The girl remains in good condition while the two boys were just upgraded from critical to fair condition.
Michael Doyle remains in satisfactory condition. All of those injured in the crash were taken to the University Medical Center in Lubbock.
Our deepest sympathies go out to everyone affected by this crash, directly or indirectly.
It is still unclear who was responsible for causing the accident.
