San Antonio Train Museum Worker Crushed against Wall - Conductor Error

EMS workers tried to save the injured museum worker, but he did not survive the fatal train accident. The Bexar County Medical Examiner's Office scheduled an autopsy, and San Antonio homicide investigators were reviewing the case.
