One Killed in Houston School Bus Wreck

A multi-vehicle Houston car accident involving an empty school bus left one dead on Tuesday. The accident occurred on Hammerly and West Sam Houston Parkway, police say.
The accident, which involved a Spring Branch ISD school bus with no children on it, occurred in the afternoon hours just after all the kids had been dropped off. The bus driver and two aides were still on the bus when the accident happened, but none were among those injured.
The driver of the other vehicle, however, was not as fortunate. They were taken to Memorial Hermann Memorial City Hospital, where they later passed away. More details were not immediately available.
