Houston, TX Multi-Vehicle-Metro Bus Crash sends 5 Victims to Hospital

Posted on Feb 20, 2012

Our Houston injury lawyers note that on Sunday in the 4300 block of the North Freeway in north Houston, a truck collided with a car around noon. The force of the impact spun the car around on the North Freeway and sent the vehicle crashing head-on into a Houston Metro bus. The Metro bus contained 25 people at the time of the wreck.

The truck that collided with the car careened of the freeway into a parking lot at Northline Mall. The truck crashed into several parked vehicles, at least one of which was occupied at the time. Reportedly, witnesses believed that the truck driver caused the multi-vehicle chain reaction wreck. Police say that the truck driver is under investigation for DWI.

5 victims received transport to the hospital for non-life threatening injuries sustained in the wreck. The five injured crash victims include 1 bus passenger, 2 occupants of the car involved in the collision, and 2 other people.

The Houston injury lawyers at Denena & Points express their wishes for quick recoveries from their injuries to those who suffered injuries in the North Freeway crash. We are relieved that no one sustained life-threatening or fatal injuries from this traumatic North Freeway wreck.
