Here in Houston a senseless, horrible death has occurred. Our thoughts and prayers are with the family of Carol Grant, a victim of a road rage killing here in Houston. The shooter claims that she shot Grant in self defense. According to the killer, Grant cut her off in traffic and then began tapping her brakes. The two pulled over at a convenience store and the argument became heated to the point that the driver shot and killed Grant. She claims Grant had a weapon. The case will be referred to a Harris County Grand Jury.
