Harley rider sails over East Loop guardrail in fatal 45-foot fall

Houston motorcycle accident attorneys relate news of tragic, recent Houston bike crash: On Wednesday morning, a 62-year-old man riding a white Harley Davidson 1200 southbound on IH 610 East Loop near the Ship Channel Bridge lost control of his bike at the exit ramp to Highway 225 East. The Harley rider reportedly had been traveling at a high rate of speed and was attempting to pass another vehicle.
The Harley rider lost control of the motorcycle and slammed into the concrete retaining wall. The impact threw him from the bike over the guardrail of the bridge. The man, who was wearing a helmet at the time of his accident, fell more than 45 feet to his death. Police did not release the name of the man who died in the motorcycle accident.
