Chrysler Van Stall Recall | Highway 288 Tire Lawyer Reports

On a day when a recall was announced because spiders are spinning webs and clogging fuel systems, another bizarre recall is annonced. This time it is Chrysler. The company is recalling at least 248,000 vehicles because of engine stalls. Here is where it gets weird - the stall is caused by a combination of rough roads which cause the key to turn in the ignition killing the engine.

According to documents filed by Chrysler with the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration the affected vehicles are the 2010 Dodge Journey and Grand Caravans and the 2010 Chrysler Town & Country.

If you have one of these vehicles, get to your nearest Chrysler dealership as fast as possible to fix this dangerous safety defect.
