Houston Wrongful Death Attorneys with an Update on the Fatal Hit and Run Wreck that Claimed the Life of 2nd-Year TSU Law Student Halley Catherine Shaw

The Houston Chronicle reports that Daniel Garcia Palacios, 17, is charged with manslaughter in the fatal hit and run wreck that claimed the life of 27-year-old TSU law student Halley Catherine Shaw. Ms. Shaw was in her second year of law school when Daniel Garcia Palacios reportedly ran a red light and plowed into the car where she rode in the back seat. Ms. Shaw died at the scene of the fatal wreck. Two other occupants of the car were taken to Memorial Hermann Hospital. Daniel Garcia Palacios surrendered to police on Wednesday after fleeing the scene of the fatal wreck on Tuesday.
