Pearland Car Accident Aggravates Pre-Existing Injury

Whenever I am speaking with an insurance adjustor the first thing that comes up is the accusation that the car accident didn't cause my client any injuries. Instead, all of the complained of neck, back, shoulder, whatever injuries are pre-existing. Get this, I even had a lawyer for a company I sued claim that the fall my client had from 16 feet in the air when a balcony collapsed beneath her feet didn't cause her back injury. "What caused it?" I asked. "She is just carrying around a few too many extra pounds," was the reply. He was serious. As ridiculous as the position was, it is common to hear such foolishness. The fact is, insurance adjustors, insurance defense lawyers and attorneys for companies will never admit causation and will always blame a pre-existing injury or something else for the injuries. Don't put up with that nonsense! Call us at 877-307-9500 and speak with either myself - Chad Points, or my law partner Tony Denena. We are both Board Certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. When you have questions, we have answers. When you need a trial attorney, not a settlement attorney, you need us. Download a copy of our informational books for FREE. Take care, live well.
